While wandering the streets of a neighborhood one night, stray cat Max notices something special; pretty lights, goofy costumes, and humans answering the door to give each other treats!

Hoping to gain the attention of a neighborhood human, Max decides to make a costume of his own. With discarded costume bits, pieces of candy, and his own creativity, Max constructs his own vampire costume and joins in on the trick-or-treating!
